Sofa Combo pride themselves on delivering a fun, memorable occasion with music that everyone will know and enjoy.  With the band comprising of five professional musicians (with both male and female vocalists), we understand how important having the right music is to your function.  Often, a range of musical genres is required to suit the time, atmosphere and different generations of the audience.  The combination of their years of experience, professionalism and true passion for music and performing is what sets Sofa Combo apart.

 

We play a vast selection of music from the 1940s to present day.  Providing the perfect background music with Jazz and Easy Listening music from the great Frank Sinatra, Michael Buble, Ella Fitzgerald and Nat King Cole, getting everyone in the mood with 50 & 60s Rock and Roll from Elvis, Roy Orbison, The Everly Brothers, Ritchie Valens and the The Beatles, showing the bands soul side with R&B from Aretha Franklin, Donna Summers, Wilson Pickett, Marvin Gaye and The Supremes, 70s Disco and Funk to groove to, including songs of Donna Summer, James Brown, Stevie Wonder, Kool and the Gang and The Bee Gees, 80s Dance classics and power ballads from Tina Turner, Michael Jackson, Madonna, Prince and The Rolling Stones plus our Latin tunes and current chart favourites will have your guests dancing the night away.

 

Sofa Combo cater to any special song requests to ensure the night is a reflection of who you are and the music you love.  Our vocalist, Julia Sandel, also speaks Italian and sings in Spanish and Portuguese.  We provide a smaller band for Wedding Ceremonies and we are happy to MC your event to keep the evening running smoothly and well timed with catering.
